No, you need to bring in your prescription so we can fill it for you. We specialize in fitting the perfect lenses and frames for your visual needs.
Do you take insurance?
Gilded Frame is out of network with your insurance. We will give you all the documentation needed to file with your insurance.
Can I use my HSA/FSA accounts?
Yes, we can use your HSA/FSA card. We will give you an itemized receipt for reimbursement if you don’t have a physical card.
