Res Rei means “The Thing” in latin. It means an existing object with substance and form; but it also means a concept, an idea. RES / REI is the ensemble of things that make life around us, in all given forms.

Lights, colours, figures, objects and all we see, is done through our eyes. As a matter of fact, sight is defined by great philosopher Aristotle as the most important of our five senses.
Developing RES / REI we found inspiration in our roots. Our ancestors taught us an important lesson: technical knowledge is not enough to reach perfection; in order to achieve a greater result commitment and passion are necessary.
We like to call it “love” for our work. In the search for a name that could celebrate our Italian origins ancient Rome was the right place where to look for. We found the answer in the language of the origins: Latin. This is how RES / REI was born.
